Two weeks of effexor/venlafaxine feeling worse should i go back on?

Hey guys, ive recently come off effexor, 150 mg down to 75mg first four weeks then 75 to 0 about two weeks ago. first week was ok my head felt a bitt funny and i had flu like stuff but last few days my anxiety/obsessive thinking has rocketed :( should i tough it out? Is this withdrawal dont jno what to do !
