Did I manage to get the core of the boil?

Well, I managed to let the boil come to a head, then it popped due to soap, then I kinda squeezed it (I now know I shouldn't do that) and it started to drain. Well after that two green, yes like the light green of a Crayola crayon, squishy things popped out and after that there was a smaller blob which appeared to be a mixture of blood and something else...I'm not quite sure what. Is the core still in the boil or is it gone? My father told me to put some hydrochloric acid on it (or something that made it fizz and pus came out) to keep the infection away. What should I do next? Did I get the core out or not? Advice please! Thanks so much!
