There is absolutely no way of knowing what's in a pill unless you take it to be analysed. Some contain hardly any MDMA. Some are full of acid and amphetamines. Just because you always buy the same "brand" from the same dealer also means nothing. Funnily enough there are no quality control standards when it comes to illegal drugs.
