Are Prang brand colored pencils high quality in comparison to crayola, rose art, and prismacolor?

I don't have much experience with prang materials, but as far as I know prismacolor is much better. Yes; they are expensive, but they are well worth the money. the colors are beautiful and they come out nice. But if you can't afford them, I would suggest going out and buying crayola.
