When will I be able to feel the effects of Adderall (discontinuing Risperdal Consta shot)?

Hi, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia over a year ago and recently my doctor revised his diagnosis and decided I in fact have ADHD. He took me off the Risperdal Consta shot and put me back on Adderall. Before I took the Risperdal shot for 1 year and 3 months, I took Adderall 20 mg twice a day. It's been 7 weeks since my last shot which is the elimination time for the shot per rxlist.com. I still don't feel the effects of the Adderall. When will the Risperdal wear off completely and when will I be able to feel the Adderall and control my ADHD symptoms?
