Why is my tongue swollen?

Hi, my name is nishant, 3 week back i started taking Modafinil (modalreat 200 mg). After taking few doses of that in every 6 hrs i noticed my tongue had teeth marks on sides. There was a little chest pain too but no sign of rashes. I went to hospital emergency and Dr. gave me two injections for allergy and few tables. Now its around three weeks. still i get up after sleep i have a little dry eyes and I have also noticed after eating mango and cooked chicken from restaurant I have teeth marks on tongue. I have taken two pic one of my tongue and throat. Kindly have a look and advice is their some thing wrong.
