Is Moe from the Doodlebops gay?

Because my friends kid was watching the Doodlebops, and I noticed that Moe had a high voice. (Although you may not notice because his voice matches the costume and makeup) Anyway I looked his pic up without makeup and I can't tell if he is or not? And also do or did Rooney and Deedee have a love interest? I'm very serious lol thanks.
