Anxiety sufferers--what did you do during your pregnancy?

i am on 20 mg Lexapro right now, but I really really want to get pregnant. I am planning on asking my Dr. what my options are during my pregnancy, because I don't want to take a chance at my baby having a health problem from the lexapro. Do I just need to take a med that isn't an SSRI? What did you do?
