What is my pension and how do l find out about my pension plan?

l worked at Motorola for ten years and got a pension. But l don't know how much that l will make at retirement. how do l find out how much it is and so forth? My controlling ex-husband did all of the financial stuff and kept me in the dark. thanks DeeDee.
