Prescriptions and alcohol! 10 points!?

so i take 50 mg of vyvanse in the morning and 0.1 mg of colonidine at night. occasionally ill get drunk and i was wondering if the prescriptions would be the reason why i puke the next morning? please help.. when i drink i usually dont take my colonidine. and its just not a little puke its a lot and multiple times for like 2 hours. thanks
