Paxil Cr,,,,??????..................…

I have been on Paxil for years.It helps with my anxiety.I started out on 12.5.Was moved up to 25 now I take 40 mg of Paxil CR...I am beginning to have anxiety again.Tho not as bad as when I wasnt on Paxil..Do I need to increase dose or try something new?Thanks!!!!
