Ive been put on solpdadol 500mg/30 mg?

im supposed to take 2 , 3 times daily , but ive become addicted to the codiene , and im taking sometimes up to 20 tablets a day ....... how dangerous is this because i know the paracetamol is the danger factor , and is there another drug with codiene that isint so dangerous ..... thx
