Is a 1 mg/ 20 mcg birth control better than a low dose of Tri- Sprintec at preventing pregnancy?

Low dose birth control pills and regular dose birth control birth control pills have the same percentage of prevention. 99% when used correctly. There is ultra low which is 95% I believe. What 1/20 birth control are you going on?
