I'm looking to buy a notebook for drawing in. Also good colored pencils for coloring drawings?

Primacolor pencils are commonly cosidered the best quality you can get for the cheapest price. But the General brand isn't bad either. They're cheaper than Prismacolor but definitely better than crayola.
