I cant pass a hard large stool, what should i do?

There are OTC drugs that are referred to as "Stool Softeners". These are not exactly fast acting but also act as a laxative. As a rule you can purchase in drug stores and large groceries store prepared enema's, not the best way but as a rule produce results very fast.
