Do I still feel the effects of Vyvanse?

I only used this drug for two days before realizing that it was not the one for me. I'm 16 5'4 119 pounds and healthy. I took two 50 mg vyvanse two days in a row. Now 3 days later I still have slight shortness of breath and mild chest pain. I also have a great deal of anxiety. Is this still the vyvanse or something else entirely?
