Can I take Phenylephrine with Pseudoephedrine?

I take zyrtec-D (with 120 mg of Pseudoephedrine HCl) every day. I currently have a sinus infection and that just doesn't seem to be working well enough. Is it safe to take a nasal decongestant with 10mg Phenylephrine while on the other stuff?
